I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and I’m in the final stages of completing my Master of Arts in Counselling
Psychology. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an educator, earning a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in Science.

My teaching background, especially with special needs and culturally inclusive programs, gave me valuable experience working with teens, young adults, and families. I’ve worked with people navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, selective mutism, identity struggles, and trauma. Those experiences have helped me develop a deep understanding of neurodiversity and the unique challenges that come with it.

I also integrate mindfulness and somatic techniques from my yoga training, and I’ve completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy. Further, I have completed my certification as a clinical trauma specialist.
